We are happy to share that on Thursday, November 28th, Lukasz successfully defended his doctoral thesis and officially obtained his PhD in Medical Sciences from the VUB
The title of the thesis is:
"Fluorescent Nanobodies: A Tool to Leverage Surgical Cancer Management to a Maximum Patient Advantage"
It focuses on developing fluorescent nanobodies as innovative tools to enhance surgical precision in cancer management.
By enabling surgeons to achieve high-contrast, real-time visualization of cancerous tissues, this research aims to improve surgical outcomes and deliver maximum benefit to patients.
