Nayra Herreira do Valle

Joint PhD student in Medical Sciences at the In Vivo Cellular and Molecular Imaging Laboratory-VUB and Veterinary Sciences at Ghent University. Her work is focused on fluorescence-guided surgery using nanobody-based tracers in canine and human cancer patients. In 2021, she graduated from Sao Paulo State University in Veterinary Medicine. During graduation, she received two consecutive research grants from Sao Paulo State Research Support Foundation at the Epigenomics Lab, where she conducted research in cancer epigenetics.
